The carcoon Workstation has four huge clear windows, this lets in ample natural light. If you feel you need more, stand lights can be placed outside the unit and directed through the clear panels.
We reccomend two products to help prevent overspray from coating the inside. 3M dirt trap flooring can be laid on the base and a light coating of the 3M waterborne booth coating can be sprayed inside the booth on the walls. Regular maintenance with a little soap and water will also keep the workstation interior clean
Very sturdy indeed. If you do cut the unit, it can be repaired very quickly and easily, similar to repairing a puncture in a tire.
The workstation inflates in less than two minutes and deflates in less than ten minutes.

The Carcoon workstation has a one year warranty on material and labor against any defects in manufacturing. This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care.
This warranty is given by Carcoon America with respect to the product in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. Carcoon America and its vendors disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Carcoon America and its vendors will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages irrespective of whether Carcoon America or the vendor has advance notice of the possibility of such damages.
Return Policy and Cancellations:
Our Workstation Return policy is as follows:
We have a 50% restocking fee on any Used Workstation and equipment. And a 30% restocking fee on any NEW returned Workstation and its equipment. This will be applied to all returns, no exceptions will be considered. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving the Workstation of a return in writing for authorization and the process to follow. Any shipping charges will not be refunded and the return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Once received back into inventory an inspection will be done then a refund less the restocking fee or any repair costs associated with the equipment returned will be submitted for payment. Please allow 10 business days to process.

*Return of any item(s) must be pre-approved via email or telephone, tocarcoonworkstation@gmail.com or 866-910-0899.
*Customer will be responsible for freight charges incurred to return the item(s). Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
*Please return the product clearly labeled in the original shipping package. If you have discarded the original shipping package, you may return your order in a clearly labeled package that protects the product.
*The Customer is responsible for any damages or loss of package(s) during return shipment.
*Please include the original receipt, if you have discarded the original receipt, contact us via email or telephone for further guidelines.
*On the back of the invoice or separate document, please indicate reason for return.
*Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s) and your return is accepted, we will process your credit as soon as possible.
Cancellations of orders:
We are committed to a strict order process; there is little time for cancellations. Please contact us within 10 business days in writing or telephone to cancel any ordered item. We will do our best to cancel the order, if the item is currently in production, no cancellation can be done. Absolutely no special order items can be cancelled at any point.
IF the order has not yet been implemented into production, we will be able to proceed with cancellation. IF your payment has been made a refund will be processed within 10 business days less 10% cancellation fee. IF your payment has not been paid, we will not charge your card a cancellation fee.
